Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Life happens — I get it. Between work, kids, school, and everything in between, sometimes things don’t go as planned. At this time, if an appointment is not cancelled within 6 hours, a 30% service fee will be applied. Self-care should never come with extra stress, so in the event of an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and the fee can be waived. Just please let me know as soon as you can, and we’ll find a new time that works for you. No Shows: I completely understand that life can get unpredictable — things come up, plans change, and sometimes you just can’t make it. Missed appointments without same day notice require a 40% service fee. Communication is always appreciated — just reach out if something happens! I value your time, and I truly appreciate you valuing mine too. Late policy: If you think you will be running late please text or call and I’ll always do my best to accommodate. After 10 minutes, your service may need to be adjusted; after 15, it may need to be rescheduled. 30 minutes after a missed appointment will result in a “no-show” fee.
